Resolved Question: What happened to all these classic cartoons?

I used to watch them from '00-'05. (I know some are on On-Demand) Dexter's Lab Rocket Power Rugrats Johnny Bravo Samaraui Jack Scooby Doo Ed Ed'n Eddy Billy and Mandy Justice League Teen Titans (The rest of Nicktoons are still on) Now they got rid of them, and got these crap toons: Naruto Flapjack And pretty much the rest of the shows.
